The Super Bowl isn’t quite the event is is back in the states here. Obviously fewer people care, but it’s also on Monday morning. This means that the people who care don’t get a chance to get together, eat chili, drink beer, make silly bets, and generally enjoy it with friends. I had to SMS a bet to friend in California. 10 bucks and the guy called tails.!!! No one ever calls tails!!! I got him back when the Stones played “Start me up” luckily. I wrote about the Super Bowl ads on the Ordinary bloke web site under the Monday Coffee posting this week. I don’t get to see them out here in Singapore as the feed we get is for the international audience. Daryl Johnson and another guy explain the rules of the game and provide crap commentary. At least we get to watch the game.Luckily the Super Bowl Ads which are always entertaining are on the web.
